Going back to the recipe posting theme, I am posting today about my favorite sauces recipes.
- Bechamel Sauce – I always add a pinch of nutmeg. I was also thinking this may be delicious with some Nutritional Yeast, but maybe next time!

- Broccoli Pesto (Dairy and Nut Free) – This was way better than I anticipated. I made this at the end of the summer when my basil plant was on its last leg. As such, I ended up adding more basil than the recipe calls for, maybe double. Granted a handful is such an arbitrary amount, that I don’t think it matters. What I’m trying to say is that you can’t go wrong with how much basil you add. The more the
merriertastier 🙂 I did skip the Nutritional Yeast, but I’m sure it’s even better with it, if you can eat it. - Butternut Squash Sauce (Dairy and Nightshade Free) – This is super tasty. I usually make it and freeze it in serving size portions. Contains coconuts
- Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce (Dairy Free) – This sauce is so good. It reminds me of Vodka sauce. I have only made it once. I froze it in serving size portions, and it worked very well
- C’s BBQ Sauce
- C’s Kentucky BBQ Sauce – This recipe is great for marinating or basting your foods prior to or during cooking
- Carraba’s Lemon Butter Sauce – It goes with Carraba’s Chicken Bryan, but can be used for so many other homemade dishes. So delicious!
- Chocolate Sauce – It is also on my desserts post, but hey, it is a sauce after all. Plus, it’s definitely awesome
- Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
- Cilantro Jalapeno Pesto Sauce
- Falfredo (Faux Alfredo) Sauce

- Salsa – The key to this salsa being awesome is fresh tomatoes. We only make the salsa when we have homegrown tomatoes, but any organic from a trusted source should work.
- Tzatziki Sauce
- Tzatziki Sauce (Dairy Free)
- Teriyaki Sauce
I love sauces. 😍😍
